Full disclosure: I don’t like horror.

Wait, isn’t Skinshaper horror? Because I gotta say something titled SKINSHAPER sounds a lot like horror.

Well, sure, yes, there are some scary things within. Dark, creepy, terrible stuff that often makes me fear spending prolonged periods of time alone with Mark.

But horror’s never the point. We don’t do horror for horror’s sake.

Skinshaper, like the entire Rend the Dark series, is about people. The people who must face these bad bad things. About who they are and how they came to this terrible moment. About their relationships with each other, and about all the things they must do and lose along the way.

Skinshaper isn’t horror. It’s a journey.

And we think it one that’s worth sharing.

We hope you enjoy the ride.
